RAILING INFILL PANELS

Wire mesh railing infill panels can be custom made in various wire gauges, mesh sizes and patterns with channel frames. The frames can be attached directly or by welded stand off clips to the railing system. When these panels are attached by stand off clips they require a flat bar capping to close off the exposed inside section of the channel frame where the wires are clinched or welded to the frame.

Heavy Duty: 6ga. 2" diamond mesh

Standard Square Meshes:
11 ga. (.120) 1" square
10 ga. (.135) 1 1/2" square
8 ga. (.162) 2" square
6 ga. (.192) 2" square
1/4" diameter wire 2" square

Standard Framing:
1"” x 1/2" x 1/8" channel frame
Capping if required: 1" x 1/8" flat bar
1 1/2" x 3/4" x 1/8" channel frame
Capping if required: 1 1/2" x 1/8" flat bar
